Glez's drawings have been published in Africa, Europe, and North America. He started his cartooning career in Africa in 1991.

Just a few weeks after Journal du Jeudi was launched, he joined the staff of this satirical Burkinabe weekly publication, eventually rising to the position of vice-president.

In may 1997, he took part in the creation of a weekly publication L'Autre Afrique (The Other Africa), in which he publishes a regular column with the title Seen from Ouaga.

In 1999, he started drawing for the Quebec based monthly satirical publication Le Couac. In 2001, he launched the satirical Pan African monthly Le Marabout for which he is also serving as editorial director. A year later "Le

Marabout" was awarded the "Press and Democracy" prize from the La Tribune de Geneve journal. The same year Glez received the top prize for "Dark Humor" at the comics festival of Farafina, Mali.

He is a regular contributor for publications such as Courrier International or "Vita non profit". Besides his rather prolific media career he is teaching marketing at a university in Burkina Faso.
