Marcos L Noel, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1973. Graduated in Telecomunication Engineering in 1997. Married to an Angel called Gisele.

I started drawing in childhood and even working as an engineer in a celular operator in Brazil, I find some time to dadicate to one of my passions: Cartoons. Since 2003 I have been drawing for Humor Festivals.
