I am from the fine city of Liverpool. Raised on comics, mad magazines cartoonists; The comics and programmes of Gerry Anderson and 1960's science fiction and spy films and t.v. My wife,daughter, amily and friends all thinks i am crazy and past helping.
I have what has been described as an animated style of drawing. I've worked as an editorial/gag/strip cartoonist on various newspapers from Liverpool to India.I've produced greetings cards , worked as a 'live' performance cartoonist ,giving talks and drawing caricatures at conferences and functions around the world.I also organised acouple of cartoon festivals in England at Birkenhead, Chester and Liverpool.
I am a member of FECO,The Proffessional Cartoonists Organisation and the Cartoonist Club of Great Britain.

Education Mad magazines and Marvel comics.
Technique Anything, But detailed scribbling with pencil and inking with a brush
Tools Pencil, brush and lots of cups of tea.
Influences Mort Drucker/Sergio Aragones/Don Martin/Jack Davies all from Mad......Paul Rigby, editorial cartoonist in the SUN newspaper in early 70's.......Ronald Searle when i fell in love with his Molesworth books....Scarfe....Virtually all the Punch cartoonists...

My god Hali'....That was a quick response. but much appreciated. I will be studying your medical based cartoons as i do have a rather ,according to my wife fascination for bodily function based humour, but don't we all even though we don't like to admit it.
