Enjoy the World of Cartoons

This is an homage to the Czech Artist Ĉerny, who created the big and very controversially discussed Entropa in Brussels, while the Czech Republic had the EU leadership/presidency. For me this artist is the real Schweijk of the 21 century. I bow deeply for his courage and artistic work.
