Thanks for the nice comment. I do a lot of work in photoshop or at least I did.

Recently I found a nice open source program called Gimp, which I've been using a good deal.

The program isn't quite as sophisticated as photoshop but it's very functional when it comes to most graphic work and it's free. If you're on a budget it's a great photoshop alternative.

Thanks for your nice comment. The original image was created in Photoshop, however I was recently introduced to a free photoshop alternative called Gimp.

I did some of the final editing of this image using Gimp, which also reads and writes Photoshop files.

I am still in the process of learning Gimp, however it seems to be quite robust and "almost" equal to photoshop in many aspects - not bad for a free open source program.
