Enjoy the World of Cartoons

I did this illustration for The Wave Newspaper in Far Rockaway NY during the St Patricks Day Holiday. It seems that a bunch of drunk and disorderly youths created a lot of trouble in an otherwise quiet area during the holiday. I was asked to draw an editorial on the event.
