Enjoy the World of Cartoons

In his last trip to Africa Tony Blair chose to visits all the places he considered important. Unfortunately this didn't include Darfur where hundreds of thousands are suffering and the rich governments of the world don't seem to care. There are a couple of references to earlier works and stories in this 'cartoon'.
