A harmless beggar. But is he really? With this Penapai has accomplished a virtually classic cartoon that draws a realistic picture of our world with an apparently absurd everyday situation. What may seem bizarre in the concrete individual case is by global standards normality. While the third world is asking for help, the industrialised countries are trying not to attract attention. But revenge is on the rebound.
