toonpool.com is looking for most funny, witty and beautiful cartoons treating the new airplane AIRBUS A380! You can also create illustrations!

Beautiful implies: positive - for the keen fans and first passengers of that giant plane!

In case you figure an airline brand, so please use the Lufthansa brand: toonpool.com is carrying out an exclusive joint venture with airline Lufthansa to merchandise cartoons by toonpool.com's artists against suitable sharings (in case of use). Cartoons or illustrations could be used on fashion products (travelling bags, baseball caps, umbrellas, sweaters & T-shirts), as print or audio-visual material (calendar, catalogue, on screens) and in an exhibition.

PRIZES for the internal toonpool.com-competition:

1. Prize: a payed license agreement with toonpool.com and partners for the use of the artwork on Lufthansa products

2. Prize: Euro 300,00

3. Prize: Euro 200,00

4. Prize: Euro 100,00

NOTE: if the jury and the management decides to use more than the winning artwork, the following artworks will be awarded with the money prizes, e.g. if the first 7 artworks will be chosen for licensing, the artworks on rank 8-10 will be awarded with prize money.

RULES:

1.) Please do NOT upload the cartoons/illustrations on toonpool.com! Just send them by e-mail to info@toonpool.com (HiRes). We don't do anything without the artist's permission (contract).

2.) Cartoons/Ilustrations can be sent to toonpool.com from now on. Deadline is Tuesday, June 15th, 2010 at 10 pm CET (Central European Time). You can send as many contributions as you want!

3.) Unfortunately, there's no guaranty for publishing, exhibition or merchandising. Inappropriate cartoons/illustrations can be excluded.

4.) A jury consisting of experts in art and aviation will determine the winners on 1st of July 2010.

6.) The winners will be informed and announced on 2nd of July 2010.

7.) Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

Si queréis utilizar una marca registrada, por favor solo tomáis el logo de empresa de la Lufthansa: toonpool.com está haciendo un proyecto exclusivo junto con la Lufthansa - nuestra meta es encontrar motivos y comercializarlos - claro que los artistas reciberán un honorario si se elige uno de sus motivos. Las viñetas/ilustraciones pueden ser utilizados en producciones de moda (bolsas de viaje, gorras de beisbol, paraguas, sudaderas y camisetas), en relación con materiales imprimidos o digitales (calendario,catálogos,pantallas), o en una exhibición.

1.) ¡Por favor NO subid las viñetas en toonpool.com! Sencillamente enviadlas por correo electrónico a info@toonpool.com (alta resolución). No hacemos nada sin el permiso del artista (contrato).

2.) A partir de ahora, se puede enviar las viñetas/ilustraciones a toonpool.com, la última fecha es el 15 de junio de 2010, 22:00h (CET). Pueden ser tantos trabajos como queráis.

3.) Por desgracia, no hay ninguna garantía para la publicación, exposición o el merchandising. Viñetas/ilustraciones no adecuadas pueden ser excluídas.

4.) El 1 de julio de 2010, un jurado de expertos de Bellas Artes y expertos de aviación eligerán los ganadores.

5.) El 2 de julio de 2010: los ganadores serán anunciados y notificados.

6.) La vía judicial queda excluida.

HINWEIS: wenn sich die Jury und das Management entscheiden, mehr Cartoons als den Erstplatzierten zu verwenden, werden die Preisgelder auf die folgenden Cartoons verteilt - d.h. wenn z.B. die ersten 7 Motive für Lizensierung ausgewählt werden, werden die Preisgelder an die Künstler der Acht- bis Zehntplatzierten verteilt.

3.) Es gibt leider keine Garantie für die Veröffentlichung, Ausstellung und Merchandising. Ungeeignete Cartoons/ Illustrationen können ausgeschlossen werden.

4.) Eine Jury aus Kunst- und Luftfahrtexperten ermittelt die Gewinner am 1. Juli 2010.

5.) Die Gewinner werden am 2. Juli 2010 bekannt gegeben und benachrichtigt.

6.) Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
