You would think that characters like this one are just a figment of an artist's imagination! NOT SO!! I see HUNDREDS of characters who look EXACTLY like this every year walking the streets of NYC, gawking, pointing, wearing the "wrong clothes" with their wallets sticking out their back pockets!!! I mean LITERALLY!!! who needs stereotypes when you've got real life?
