in cooperation with stern.de (website of Germany's most read news and lifestyle magazin),
toonpool.com will arrange a Caricature and Cartoon Contest covering the topic of elections
in Germany on September 27th, 2009. Candidates are Angela Merkel (currently governing
chancellor) and Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

Competition's guideline:
WHO WILL DRAW THE SMARTEST STEINMEIER AND THE MOST
TRIUMPHANT ANGELA MERKEL
(and vice versa)?
