RUBEN ARUTCHYAN Born in 1947 inYerevan 1964 Finished Yerevan Fine Arts College. 1970 Graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, Architecture Department. 1974 The member of Achitector’s Union of Armenia. 1976 The member of Artist’s Union of Armenia. 1995 The member of the International Union of Designers. 1986-90 worked as Chief artist at the Armenian Arts Fund. 1990-92, 2002 worked as Chief artist of Yerevan city. EXPOSITIONS: 1973-97 Cities: Yerevan, Moscow, Minsk and many other towns of the former USSR. 1976 A prize and diploma for the best poster of a contest in Moscow. 1986,1997 A medal for “the Best graphic work” of the year in Yerevan. 1993 Municipalities of Lion and Marseille. 1994 The personal exhibition in Yerevan. 1997 The exhibitions of Armenian Art in Canada and USA. The personal exhibition in Yerevan . The group exhibition of Armenian artists in Moscow. (Central House of Artists). 2001 The exhibition in Monpelye (France). 2004 The participation on auction in Paris. (Drouot Auction House). 2005 The exhibition in Odessa (“Da Da Da” gallery). 2005-2009 Design and wall paintings of interiors inYerevan and Odessa.
