I wouldn't have recognized the Indian statesman, but it wasn't neccessary to "tag" Bush and Ahmadinejad, because you drew them very good.
Plus, the used font (Arial, Helvetica?) is not very pretty.
But that's just MY two cents, I hope you don't mind ;) Keep the funny stuff alive, man, you're doin' a good job!
