Steve Ballmer, the CEO of the Microsoft corporation out of Redmond, WA, USA is quitting, after about 13 years on the job. He's leaving within the next year, or so he announced on August 24, 2013. This image caricatures the outgoing MSFT boss whose laundry list of tech missteps includes Vista, Windows 8, Smart phones, Surface, bing and so many more. don't pity him too much. after he announced his retirement, the market saw MSFT stock jump about 6%, resulting in a massive, possibly $1 Billion gain for Mr. Ballmer's portfolio (at least on paper). Would you retire if the market paid you a $1 Bn retirement package?
