Resemblance to Chaplin "Great Dictator" was deliberate. :)

Well, a little bit old-fashioned, the stories in these cartoons... and too simple. He looks like Chaplin in "Great Dictator", but there were a lot of politicians and lobbyists in his back who thought for him and promoted wars.

btw, I don't like these photoshop filters... it never looks like an artwork, it looks like... photoshop.
