Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a scathing propaganda speech at the annual board meeting of the Ministry of Defence in Moscow. In his speech, Putin attempted to strike a friendly tone when referring to the United States, but he showed contempt for European politicians, calling them ‘little pigs’.
