and about my EATinG..
I EAT much different food - a lot of vegetables, crisps, potatoes ,pizZas, GMF .. and more...
and sometimes a little fruit.. - that`s all,, there`s the secret of my fast[hard]working .. hahhh a - and I drink lot of drinks - it`s more important - LOT OF Different & cooL DrinKS,, alcoholic or not, koqtails - fruit juices - and all of Fizzy Drinks ... -
